4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.

  • UK & Ireland shipping available

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging

  • Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty

We’ll refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned goods, minus shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
